<description>"Nothing Down Alien" &#124;Frank, awesome that you have 4 deals under your belt since the enlightened wealth institute robert allen challenge started!!! :)

You are right about treating it like a business and following up on our offers and leads...my first short sale happened because of that, I kept calling one particular seller in foreclosure to see how he was doing. This was out of genuine concern as he had fallen on hard times, his father had passed away and he himself was quite ill...what happened is that he accepted another real estate investor's offer.

I still called him on a regular basis to 'check up on him' and if the deal had closed with the other investor...what happened next allowed me to make my first short sale as the other investor couldn't close, so he then took my offer that the bank accepted and in 30 days I had over $100,000 in equity profits!

Thanks Robert Allen, Janet and to all the folks at the enlightened wealth institute for giving me these life saving skills and keeping me motivated!</description>
